The Technology Enhanced Learning Conference 2009 (TELearn 2009) in conjunction with PNC (Pacific Neighborhood Consortium)2009 will be held in Academia Sinica ,Taipei, Taiwan from October 6 to 8,2009. The main theme for this year’s conference is “Social Computing in e-Learning”.

TELearn 2009 provides a forum for researchers who study technology enhanced learning to publish research findings and exchange experiences in conducting related projects. Best papers will be invited for submission to a special issue of ET&S (SSCI). Researchers and graduate students are welcome to participate in the conference to exchange research findings in the frontier areas of e-Learning. We look forward to your participation in this conference in Taiwan.
